Product Pickup Coordination

All product pickups must be coordinated in advance by appointment.  Not Just Paint assumes no responsibility for products left beyond 30 days and are subject to sell.  Please contact the studio prior to arrival by phone at 636.669.8606.  We are often facilitating classes offsite and not in the studio.   

Late Arrival Policy:  To maintain a seamless and respectful art experience, attendees arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time may be asked to forfeit participation without refund. This policy ensures minimal disruption and upholds the event’s quality for all guests. 

Hours of Operation

Open studio times are announced on our socials, i.e. Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

 

Private events and sessions can be scheduled within:

Monday - Thursday:  9:00 am - 9:00 pm

Friday and Saturday:  9:00 am - 9:00 pm

Sunday:  2:00 pm - 7:00  pm

Responsibility & Liability

Upon arriving to Not Just Paint's studio + gallery,  it is each guest's responsibility to adhere  to all safety precautions and requirements during the entire visit to include pre, during, and post classes, sessions, private parties, and special events.  Each guest's attendance serves as agreement to hold no responsibility to Not Just Paint for any damage, theft, and/or loss occurred/incurred to include personal property and/or any physical injuries.  

Headcount, Policy on Private Pary Attendance:  To ensure a fair, enjoyable, and equitable experience for all participants, Not Just Paint's policy requires that everyone in attendance be a registered, paid, and participating guest. We do not permit observers or unpaid attendees. This policy respects the investment of our clients and preserves the immersive and creative environment of our art sessions.  (Children’s parties do allow for a chaperone ratio to be in attendance which is coordinated between Not Just Paint and the host at the time of booking the event.)

Video, Photography, & Audio Record Permission

Attendance at a Not Just Paint event, public and private, grants Not Just Paint permission to video, photograph, and audio record footage that is deemed appropriate for print and digital media usage for business promotion, branding, and education purposes.  Your privacy is respected.  Therefore, if you choose to not grant permission, please advise the Not Just Paint team and your request will be honored.
