Through an acrylic paint pour exercise with acrylic paint, pour medium, and canvas accompanied. y workbook, tools, and practical strategies, PowerPoint integration, and evidence-based case study participants will explore how self-care, relationship establishment, rapport building, and intentional leadership practices create vibrant, people-powered organizations.

Through an abstract art exercise with acrylic paint, brush, and canvas accompanied by workbook, tools, and practical strategies, PowerPoint integration, and evidence-based case study, participants will explore the core elements of Heart Leadership and translate them into practical leadership behaviors that strengthen trust, engagement, and team culture.

This interactive session uses visual art through our arts-based training to equip pastors, ministry leaders, and executive board members with the emotional intelligence, situational awareness, and proactive leadership behaviors required to cultivate a safer, more prepared, and more compassionate place of worship. Through an abstract visual art experience using acrylic paint, brush, and canvas accompanied by workbook, tools, and practical strategies, PowerPoint integration, and evidence-based case study participants will explore the emotional and spiritual dimensions of safety, identify potential vulnerabilities, and translate their artwork into practical violence‑prevention strategies and protocols.
